Because Malbu Studio provides studio rental and photoshoot-related services, we do not offer returns in the traditional product-return sense. This policy explains how booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled.
1. Booking Payment
Studio rental payment must be made no later than 24 hours before your reserved time.
Payment should be made by bank transfer to:

2. Cancellations and Date Changes
Date changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.
If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

If a cancellation or date change is requested less than 24 hours before the booking time, Malbu Studio may not be able to offer a refund or reschedule the booking.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking and do not contact us in advance, the booking may be treated as used.
4. Studio-Initiated Changes
If Malbu Studio needs to cancel or change your booking due to circumstances outside your control, we will offer a new available time or refund the paid amount.
5. Damage or Misuse
During your rental time, you are responsible for the studio, equipment, furniture, props, and other items. If damage occurs during your booking, Malbu Studio may request compensation for repair or replacement costs.

These Terms of Service apply to all bookings and use of Malbu Studio.
By making a booking, paying for a booking, or using the studio, you agree to these Terms.
1. Studio Booking
Malbu Studio provides studio rental for photoshoots and creative work.
Your booking time includes all preparation, changing clothes, shooting, cleaning, returning props and furniture, and leaving the studio.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking time.
2. Payment
Studio rental payment must be completed no later than 24 hours before your reserved time.
Payment can be made in one of the following ways:
Directly through the website during the booking process
By invoice, if this option is arranged with Malbu Studio
By bank transfer, if payment details are provided by email

By completing the payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Malbu Studio rules and these Terms of Service.
3. Included in the Booking
Your studio rental may include:
Full studio space
Furniture, cubes, stairs, plants, speaker, and available props
2 x Nanlite FS-300B lights
2 x Godox QR-P90 softboxes
2 x stands
Makeup table and mirror lighting
Coffee, tea, fridge drinks, snacks
Hot/cold air conditioning
Portable changing screen
Spacious bathroom
Photo paper is not included.
4. What to Bring
Please bring a separate clean pair of shoes or slippers for inside the studio, or use the provided shoe covers.
If you plan to bring props for your photoshoot, please inform us in advance.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Date changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Late cancellation, late date changes, or no-shows may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
6. Studio Rules
You must leave the studio clean and tidy.
You are responsible for returning furniture, props, and equipment to their original places before your booking time ends.
Do not leave trash, packaging, or unnecessary items behind. Please use the designated bins.
7. Equipment and Props
Furniture, props, and lighting equipment must be handled carefully.
Large or heavy furniture may not be moved without approval.
All equipment must be turned off and returned after use.
Special setup requests should be discussed with Malbu Studio before the shoot.
8. Safety
You must use the studio and equipment responsibly.
Do not leave equipment unattended, especially if children or pets are present.
You are responsible for the safety and behaviour of everyone attending your booking.
9. Damage
You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental time.
If you notice any damage or defects before your shoot begins, inform Malbu Studio immediately.
If damage happens during your booking, you must inform us immediately. Malbu Studio may request compensation for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
10. Personal Belongings
Malbu Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings unless caused by our intentional misconduct or legal responsibility.
Please check the studio before leaving.
11. Right to Refuse or End a Booking
Malbu Studio may refuse, stop, or cancel a booking if guests misuse the studio, damage property, break safety rules, disturb others, or behave inappropriately.
